The home of Alpha Gamma Rho since the 1920s, the house at 58 East Gregory Drive has become a University of Illinois landmark, serving for many years as host to the Illinois Homecoming Distinguished Alumni reception, which recognizes our university's most accomplished alumni.

In February 2013, Alpha Chapter announced its first major fundraising campaign in almost 14 years. Improvements and renovations were a major focus of the campaign, which raised over a million dollars in alumni contributions. Those improvements included the installation of air conditioning, all-new windows, electrical work, new study room and kitchen furniture, and a number of other modernizations and structural improvements.
